Just thinking about all them knifes I got in the kitchen.
Nice big saw knife I seldom use on them big roasts. But got these oversized barbecue thongs and fork that work just about everything with easy manauverability.
Then there's my old friend the meat cleaver. I only use him during bone collection time.

I bought these really awesome steak knifes at a going out of business sale. They normally sold for $120 for 4. I got them for $15.

I'm still trying to take that Omaha knife outta my back after its been buried......and the blade twisted a few times.
