Bathing Lucy....Is so difficult. She is 15 years old, (in people years) with a skin condition. Bites and itches constantly. I bought special soap for her, hoping to help make her more comfortable. She fought me through most of it. Fell down, scared us both, she cant really take falling down as old as she is... At least she gets in and out on her own. We have to pad the tub with rugs so she doesnt slip. She is too big for me to pick up without the fear of hurting her. ( I lured her in with a piece of bologna.)

We got through it. I cant help but wonder if it was worth all of the trouble. I sure dont want to cause her any pain. She acts like your killing her.
Today was the warmest day we will be getting for a while, so glad that bath is out of the way.
Now for the other four dogs.  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
