I like your idea, they should put the sales on line, it would stop this kind of tragedy.

Blow darts would probably do the job, People acting like animals should be treated as such.  Roll Eyes

The family of Jdimytai Damour, 34, who was trampled to death during a Black Friday stampede at a Long Island Wal-Mart, has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the retail giant less than a week after the incident occurred on November 28th.

The lawsuit alleges that Damour's death was a result of, "the carelessness, reckless negligence, wanton disregard for public safety and gross negligence" in the "staging, conducting and advertising for sales events."

The lawsuit, which asks for an unspecified amount in damages was filed in the Bronx Supreme Court. Wal-Mart officials has no comment on the case and a grocery workers union is also looking into the matter.

Bingo.  I could have laid money on the likelyhood that Wal-Mart was going to get sued over this.

Wal-Mart is the money source, hence Wal-Mart is the one being sued for wrongful death.

From now on these stores will have maximum security when they open up on Black Friday.

I think it will be settled out of court, too... But it is too big a story to be swept under the rug, so they might as well forget about that.  Grin
