Ours was free, Bill found it on the side of the road... In a puddle. Believe it or not, it works great. We have had it for three years now. I googled the price. Found out it depends on the color. lol don't get me started on games >.< I'll confess, I'll use cheats.. but I do try to get through a game first, then go through again and up my money and bag space if there's cheats for it.
I do a lot of the Emulators and ROMs.. I think I have like six or seven emulators with games I love, including the DS and GameCube/WII emulators.
And the pc games.. I love the RPGs that they've been putting out lately.. Skyrim, DragonAge, etc.. which allow cheats, but as I said, I do try to get through it at least once before cheating lol however, on Skyrim.. I demanded more bag space from the beginning >.>
Then there are MMOs.. no cheats there! Played EQII for five years.. loved that game.. Now I have SWTOR.. I like it a lot, but it's brand spanking new and waiting for more stuffs to do lol
As for you Gabe.. really? >.> for those of you that don't know that one.. it gives max lives? >.> the kowabunga code <.<

Yeah same here. I only use cheats when I get stuck. The only cheat I used for Spyro was 99 lives. But other than that I just used hints and tutorials when I get stuck.
