Hmm.. that kind of makes sense.. however, I think a "business" should be looked upon further. For one, the child was, well, just that, a child.. she doesn't even have her driver's license yet. She's not old enough to vote or pay taxes. If anything, this "business" is more like a learning tool for the young to understand what it takes to actually make money. How to sell a product that people want, how to make it, how much it takes to make vs profit.. etc.. in a way, she was gaining the respect for "responsible money" making. And at the very heart of it all, I'm sure she just wanted to run a lemonade stand. Any child who has ambitions of artisary starts with a lemonade stand.
As for the next guy using her as an excuse to do his thing, he should know better!
And as for the "agent".. omg.. get some compassion.. in the world we live in now, it's nice to know that there are still children out there who are willing to do something other than plop their butts in front of a TV for the entire summer. He should have bought a damn glass!
