Chocolate Zucchini Cake

1 3/4 cups Sugar
1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup Oil (We use vegetable oil, but I assume olive oil or something would work as well.)
1/2 cup Sour Cream
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 1/2 cups Flour
1/4 cup Cocoa
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
2 cups of grated Zucchini
1/2 cup of Chocolate Chips (you can use more or less if you like)
1/2 cup of Nuts (You can use any type of nuts. We use walnuts. You can use more or less if you like.)

Stir sugar, butter, and vegetable oil until creamy.
Add sour cream, eggs, and vanilla. Beat well.
Sift dry ingredients together into creamed mixture. Beat well.
Stir in zucchini.
Pour into greased and floured 9"x13" pan.
Drop and spread evenly, on the top of the cake, the chocolate chips and nuts.
Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

Optional: 10-15 minutes after taking the cake out of the oven you can sprinkle powdered sugar on top of the cake. It adds a little bit of flavor but is not important.

This is an amazing recipe. It's delicious!
