Where oh where has the summer gone!!!
I looked and searched and feel so jipped....
There were a few warm sunny days when lemonade I did sip
But, too few to recall
now it soon will be fall!!!
The rain it did fall
And many friends did I meet and call....
The flowers were in bloom
But, end of summer comes too soon!!!
The children go back to school
Now don't be smart or act a fool.....
Parents run and dance
And some feel like they have ants in their pants!!!!
Soon the leaves will change colour
And we will need to say oh brother.....
Here comes that weather, that white snow
And the winds will surely blow!!!
So, enjoy the days ahead my friends
For all good things come to an end.....
Don't stay inside
Because of wet hair pride!!!!
For soon enough
You will wish you could be back in the buff....
For when the white stuff falls
You will be wishing for the hummingbirds calls!!!!
