Texas man wrongly put away for 18 years denied compensation after legal glitch

This is crazy and so wrong.I hope he can sue somebody and get what he deserves.So much for the judicial system.It screwed this guy twice.
 Texas wrongly imprisoned a man for 18 years and a legal loophole is keeping him from getting any compensation.

This is just so wrong.  Totally unfair!! 

Makes you wonder where the justice in the judicial system is.
