Six dogs... Wow.
I know what thats like, we had five at the beginning of the year. Half of them didnt get along. So it can be a real handful.
As for cats, the only one who tolerated them was Lucy, The others might see them as dinner.
We love pets here. We have three dogs, and 17 chickens. Would get more, but raising animals cost money... Wouldn't want to overextend our budget.
Sorry to hear about your losses... I`m sure you will always remember them with love.
