I was just reading an article titled "Should Your Vote Still Count if You're Dead?"
The article points out that more people are voting by sending their vote in via mail.  Some states allow you to vote 60 days before an election.  This gives time for the person voting to die.

Tricky, but I think if it's sent within the time allowed, it should still count.

hmm... that is interesting... i think it shouldn't count, because the person is dead, therefore the vote wont affect them anywayz

I believe the votes should count.
When it comes to counting votes... there is enough confusion as it is.
Florida alone would go into a tailspin if they had to keep tabs on things like that.  cooco
