Many a tear fell reading this book...I'm amazed Dave survived after reading the horrifying things he went through...It's a must read!

yeah and it really gets me knowing people are still treating there kids like that and worse

Never read this book, I did read one about a little girl who was forced to stand under a tree naked in the cold for hours at a time. I cried over that book.

i have done time defending a child. i seen this  8 year old thrown across is bedroom  by his ears and busted the wall.  that flew on me ...  after i seen the child was ok i took him over to my house and called the .. but before they got there i tore his    up.. i did 3 days over it and will do it again

This is going to sound bad.........I really enjoyed "A child Called It" but its a very sad book...........

I agree that its a good book but is sooooo sad....
